I like my dry cleaners. I don't get much dry cleaning done there, but I do get my shirts done. love to have them neatly pressed, I learned that from Daniel Robins. So how much does it cost? Heck if i know. Despite many dry cleaners having prices for shirt laundry splashed across their window, I'm not buying on price, or even questioning it. I think (comments welcomed please) that many people are like this. They go to the dry cleaners that they like. And thats is. Okay, it has to be conveniently located, but assuming there's a choice of a few, its about the Customer Service not the price. How do dry cleaners have the best Customer Service? i dare to say its in the smile. the deep smile, the recognition. the how are you "name". the no need to produce a ticket. the thanks. It's why I switched about six months ago. The old dry cleaners were 'okay' but i tried a new one by chance. And i got a warm smile, a real thank you, and when i returned a few days later for pick up they recognized me, seeming excited to see me. That's service, and I've been going to them since. How much do they charge? Dunno. it may be more or less than before, but while they make me feel happy to just go there, I'm not going to be counting the money. Do you have a dry cleaner story?

I've found quality of service done on the clothing to be just as important to me as Customer Service. I have fairly limited experience with dry cleaning, but just a few months back I took my favorite shirt to get washed and pressed, and they ran the wash with a blue ink pen in the pocket of one of the articles of clothing. They did refund me the money for the shirt, partially, but it highly irritated me.
Now that I think of it, part of it probably was the Customer Service. They seemed sort of hesitant, and didn't seem very concerned that they had destroyed my shirt.
If they had shown some sympathy I probably would have gone back to them.
