Hooray, after playing with outsourcing Customer Service to save money over the past few years, the number one PC maker, Dell is going to start bringing back Customer Service to the America's. OK its Canada. But i don't mind. they speak English and they get Customer Service. I've never been again outsourcing, or foreign lands doing work. its not a political issue for me. it's a Customer Service quality issue. And India, (I have Indian friends, I'm OK with anywhere someone is), is just not there in terms of Customer Service quality and genuine English understanding. Dell error-ed big time by trying to save money if you ask me. And now at last like many US corporations that were being run by accountants, they're coming back to the mainland. Might be too late for Dell. They're already losing ground. I"m typing on a Dell now, loved Dell, but I'm ready to switch after they tried to be cheap on the Customer Service with me. Long live quality, and let those that look to save a dime at the Customers expense pay the price with Customers that walk with their feet!
